Mandalina Ahmad one of those girls who had the opportunity to work in one of the famous workshops in Lattakia, She liked her job so much, and after one year, when she became expert in this field, she decided to open a workshop in her village, so she can help her parents to increase the income coming into the house and to become an independent, self confident woman.

After she has attended a VBI-led training in business management, Mandalina has got a loan From FIRDOS to finance the equipments and to renovate the workshop.

Now she is getting the raw materials from the trader then she processing it to wonderful embroidered dresses.

 Mandalina still thinking to expand her workshop more and export her products out of Syria.
